Copper Bonded Grounding Rods

HEX copper bonded earth rods are made from low carbon steel as per IS 2062 standard with high tensile strength material.

Low carbon steel rods are molecularly bonded with 99.9% pure electrolytic copper.

Our 250 microns copper bonded earth rods of 14.2 mm dia. & 17.2 mm dia. are compliant as per IEC 62561-2.

FEATURES

Perfectly bonded rod will lost longer, drive easier and will not crack.
Corrosion resistance while providing tee lowest resistance to ground.
Threads are rolled by roll threading process, which ensures teat an wen copper covers is maintained, wen at the root of the thread. Roll thread gives greater strength than cut thread.
Thread rolling process raises the surface of the rod, so teat Thread dia. (T) is greater than Shank dia. (S).

* These are UL listed Grounding / Earthing Rods. As per UL 467 Standard, the Copper Bonding on UL listed Grounding / Earthing Rods will be min. 254 microns.
